We're a tiny team, so every message gets a real response from a human. We usually reply within 24 to 48 hours on weekdays, sometimes a little longer on weekends. Filing a useful bug report
The more context you can share up front, the faster we can reproduce and fix the issue. A great bug report usually includes:
- What Mac you have (for example, "MacBook Air 2022" or "Mac mini M2")
- What version of Voice Studio you're using (found in Settings > About)
- Your Apple ID email or the App Store receipt if the problem is a purchase or billing
- What you were trying to do, what happened, and what you expected to happen
- Log files if you can find them in the app's logs folder (ask us if you need help)
Response time: within 24 to 48 hours on business days. Weekends and holidays may take a little longer, but nothing falls through the cracks.
