2. Products and Licenses

AI Work Magic offers software products available for purchase. Each purchase grants you a license to use the software according to the terms of the applicable License Agreement.

• Licenses are non-transferable unless explicitly stated
• Each license key may be activated on up to 2 devices
• Lifetime licenses provide access to all updates for the purchased major version

3. Accounts

You may sign in using Google Authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Payments

All payments are processed by Dodo Payments. Prices are displayed at checkout and may change without notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any AI Work Magic software
• Share, redistribute, or sublicense your license key
• Use the software for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to bypass license validation or activation limits

6. Intellectual Property

All AI Work Magic software, branding, and content are the intellectual property of AI Work Magic. You retain full ownership of any content you create using our tools.

7. Limitation of Liability

AI Work Magic software is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
