License Agreement

1. Grant of License

Upon purchase, AI Audio Gen grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Voice Studio on up to two (2) devices that you own or control, subject to the terms of this agreement.

2. License Types

  • Lifetime License ($89 during launch sale, $99 standard): One-time payment that unlocks permanent access after activation. Includes all future updates for the purchased major version. The desktop app separately includes a one-time 3-day trial on first launch before you buy.
  • Monthly Subscription ($9.99/mo): Recurring billing starts when you purchase and continues monthly until cancelled. Cancel anytime via the Dodo customer portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period. The desktop app separately includes a one-time 3-day trial on first launch before you buy.

3. License Key

Each license includes a unique key in the format VSTD-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. License keys are activated against our backend, and the app caches signed entitlement leases so short offline windows still work between refreshes.

  • Each key can be activated on up to 2 devices.
  • Keys are tied to your purchase email.
  • Lost keys can be recovered via your dashboard.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Share, sell, or transfer your license key to another person.
  • Use the software on more devices than your license permits.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software.
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels.
  • Use the software to create competing products.

5. Ownership

You own all content created using Voice Studio (audio files, voice profiles, etc.). AI Audio Gen retains all rights to the software, including the TTS engine, models, and application code.

6. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the software.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. AI Audio Gen does not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
