App Store Purchase Terms

1. Grant of License

AI Audio Gen grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Voice Studio on the Apple devices you own or control. Your use is governed by Apple’s Standard License Agreement (EULA) together with these terms.

2. Plans and Pricing

  • Free: start with 12 generations, no account needed. Pro Monthly ($4.99/mo) and Pro Yearly ($49.99/yr, best value) unlock unlimited generations.
  • Lifetime ($99.99 one-time): pay once and keep the current major version, no subscription. Prices shown are in US dollars; the App Store charges the equivalent price in your local currency.

3. Purchases via the Mac App Store

All purchases and subscriptions are made through Apple inside the app using StoreKit. There are no license keys and no activation.

  • Purchases are tied to your Apple ID.
  • Restore past purchases anytime with Restore Purchases on any Mac signed in with the same Apple ID.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your Apple account settings.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the app outside the Mac App Store.
  • Use the software beyond the rights granted by Apple’s Standard EULA and these terms.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software.
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels.
  • Use the software to create competing products.

5. Ownership

You own all content created using Voice Studio (audio files, voice profiles, etc.). AI Audio Gen retains all rights to the software, including the TTS engine, models, and application code.

6. Refunds and Cancellation

Refunds are handled by Apple through the App Store per Apple’s refund policy. Request a refund via Apple’s Report a Problem page. You can cancel a subscription anytime in your Apple account settings, and access continues to the end of the current billing period.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. AI Audio Gen does not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
